GLOBAL TALENT 

Global Talent, is our paid professional internship. It helps you find a placement in an organization in another country for 6-12 months. It provides you with international experience, and lets you develop professional skills in a company. 

Global Talent gives graduates the opportunity to take on a cross-cultural professional development experience with some of the top companies from around the world. It specifically targets skill development for intern participating as well as supporting fulfillment of a talent need for the company.

Contact AIESEC BI if you already now know that you want to go on an internship. Finding an internship will take about two months, depending on availability. You can do an internship in any of the about 124 AIESEC member countries except for your home country or any other country you have lived in for more than 24 months during the last 10 years.

The Global Talent professional internships are paid according to the countries' standards. The salary  covers the living expenses.

We work with small and medium-sized enterprises and multinational businesses across the world to provide professional internships in Marketing. As an intern, you will work in different areas such as sales, management, market research or market expansion. 
We work with universities, schools, businesses and governmental institutions across the world to provide professional internships in Education. As an intern, you will work as a teacher or trainer in, amongst others, language, business or soft skills education.

Furthermore there are also opportunities in the fields of Accounting, Economics, Finance, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration,
​Communication & Journalism and IT.
